Dr. Michael Rothlisberger
Dr. Michael Rothlisberger is a higher education strategist and organizational improvement practitioner. As Chief Academic Strategy Officer at Columbus State University, he leads institution-wide strategic planning, analytics, and academic improvement initiatives. His work spans enrollment strategy, program development, and building the systems that connect daily leadership decisions to long-term goals.
He holds an Ed.D. in Leadership and Learning in Organizations from Vanderbilt University, and previously served as Associate Vice Chancellor for Academic Strategy & Analytics at the University System of Georgia and Assistant Vice President at Kennesaw State University. His consulting philosophy centers on simplicity: better tools, clearer conversations, and improvement that organizations can actually sustain.
